## Taxi Tour Reservation Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for this taxi tour, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following regulations.
### Article 1 (How to Cancel a Reservation)
1. Cancellation of a reservation will be considered effective when you notify us using the method specified by our company (email, reservation website, or other method specified by our company).
2. Cancellation requests received outside of our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
### Article 2 (Cancellation fee)
If you cancel your reservation due to your own circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply, calculated from the day before the tour start date.

### Article 3 (Cancellation of the event by our company)
In the following cases, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour at our discretion.
1. Natural disasters such as typhoons, heavy snow, and earthquakes.
2. When safe operation is difficult due to traffic restrictions, road conditions, accidents, etc.
3. If it is determined that it is difficult to carry out the tour due to other unavoidable circumstances.
In this case, we will refund the full amount of the travel fee you have already paid. However, if the tour is canceled due to reasons not attributable to our company, we will not be responsible for transportation costs, accommodation costs, or other expenses.
### Article 4 (Lateness)
If you are late for the meeting time, the tour duration may be shortened, but we will not be able to refund the tour price.
Please note that if you do not arrive at the meeting place within a certain time (15 minutes), you may be treated as having failed to attend without prior notice.
### Article 5 (Withdrawal during the program)
Even if you leave the tour midway due to personal reasons, we will not be able to refund the tour price.
### Article 6 (Refund Method)
Refunds due to cancellation or suspension of the tour will be processed according to the method specified by our company, depending on your payment method. Please note that the refund process may take some time.
### Article 7 (Amendment of Provisions)
These regulations may be changed without prior notice as needed.
